The base idea of this is
we are that what we eat and we are free to eat everything we want,
and better to be in a good pleasure in a good mood from eating something, than be hardly avoid something.
And second is my point of view on this situation:
In global I see some kind of overload movements everywhere. And I'm connecting it with food we eat.
Here are some facts that has been collected during last time (like choose yours):
Alcohol - disconnect us from our mind and Earth's vibrations, so we can do any kind of shit.
Any cooked* food make our bodies sick with the time, as collected heavy.
Bread with yeast stops our thinking machine and makes us bubbles.
Our intestines can't handle with meat because it's too long for it and food is rotting inside us
and our bodies become older earlier. Moreover meat make us feel fear
because animals are dying in fabrics full of it and than we put it in us*.
Sugar - burns us from within and make us nervous (try not to give a sweets to a child that asks it and see).
If I drink a coffee - I'll become angry in next few hours and skin will be old earlier, as far it's an energetic.
I'll try to be polite and true:
some Americans can't think because a lot of fast food, if there is no fitness during the day.
German people hardly accept others because of beer with sausages and other strong special food.
Russian people turns them off because of alcohol and others things from this list.
Indian and Mexican people becomes madness because of spices and drugs.
Chinese people in different regions eats everything and don't see people around.
Czech people drink to many beer with baked food and becomes sick too early.
There are many other examples.
Anyway, it's not about nations but persons, and I stay for all of them and you, where ever place you are.
So let's change/update all that to positive vibe.
Two nations with different food consumption will not understand each other because of different vibrations,
as well two different persons - food gives vibrations to our bodies not only energy.
After ~45 year our bodies cannot handle with that heavy and turn's off some functions if we keep stay on that rails.
Is it a global conspiracy? No, a bad examples right from childhood.
Switch to the natural food - for you self and for the planet.
Put some porridge/beans to the water for a day, dry it for the next days with cover,
clean in water every next days and make it grown this way to get your healthy food.
add some fruits or vegetable (don't mix this two), many greens, water, berries and more natural and raw,
avoid to eat ~4 hours before sleep. What it gives: avoid sick and better sleep, in base.
yoga/sport/movements is the second part of this action that is needed for healthy human.
We are horny because of the food
We are angry because of the food
We become sick because of the food
Just because the body is trying to digest everything we put into it
Let's become normal
Let's become healthy people in mind and body
and good humans on Earth
Let's do the positive choice and save us and this green planet.
"I want this or that! Because I love it!" - you may say.
It's only parasites/invaders in our bodies that already has control of our emotions
and actions - defeat them with natural, more raw food and become healthy.

If you speak with people about it - you will only face laugh and then angry
