They can speak with our mind, while being eated. But be careful, it's non-Earth life and could harness without your understanding, even kill.

What can they do? Make us more humans and teach how to love as far they know much more.

Language? What about hullucinations in our view? Dangerous? Absolutley! But how did you expect a contact with aliens?
